The Plant “Energosteel” is a leading manufacturer of the European quality steel grinding balls in Ukraine. Its products are designed for cement mills, power plants, ore mining and processing industrial complexes, refractory bricks and other enterprises of Ukraine, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and other foreign countries.
The manufacturer of steel balls for ball mills the Plant “Energosteel” was put into operation in June 2007.
The Plant “Energosteel” was incorporated during the period of market changes when the quality of products was the key factor. The internal market was remaining undemanding to grinding media quality until recently. Today consumers’ demands for the operational properties of grinding media keep growing, which directly influences the quality and the cost prices of product, the efficiency factor of equipment and the enterprise in general.
The plant was built using the most recent equipment. Application of recent technologies and cooperation with range of research organizations gave us an opportunity to achieve high quality of grinding balls from the very beginning – the highest quality in Ukraine.
Despite the short period of operation since its launch, Energosteel managed to become a manufacturer of quality grinding media for ball mill and hold its position not only in Ukraine but abroad as well. Operating properties of Energosteel’s steel balls allow to sufficiently reduce the consumption of grinding balls, lower electric energy demand, increase fineness of raw materials, reduce repair standstill of mills and hence increase productivity. There is monthly rise of supplies as a result of a stable and smooth operation of the plant.
The main consumers of grinding balls of Energosteel are most all power plants of Ukraine, including those who are the part of large power generating companies – “Zapadenergo”, “Centerenergo”, “Dneproenergo”, “Donbassenergo”; cement plants of Ukraine, whose owners are global leaders such as “Lafarge Cement”, “Dyckerhoff”, “CRH”, “Heidelberg Cement Group”, “Eurocement Group”; and also ore mining and processing enterprises of Ukraine.
There is a rapid developing of foreign markets; sale volumes for export are increasing monthly. Since 2007 the plant carries out regular supplies of steel balls for ball mill to Russia, Byelorussia, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, Serbia, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, etc.
