We have repeatedly informed you about the industrial test results of steel grinding balls in our articles. In most cases, the test subjects were steel grinding balls in 5th group of hardness (up to 65-67 HRC, according to the DSTU 3499-97) of Energosteel’s production. In this article, we want to take stock of the work undertaken.
There is information about several industrial tests of our steel grinding balls in 5th group of hardness in the table below.

Let us remember, that back in 2012 Energosteel Company was the first one that developed the steel grinding ball (30 mm of 5th group of hardness) production in the post-Soviet area. We are not resting on our laurels and today we produce steel grinding balls of 5th group of hardness in all diameters.
Despite the current situation, we are getting some more industrial tests of steel grinding balls. We shall notice that the test subjects were not only grinding media 25-60 mm in diameter, but also 80-125 mm. We will be sure to share with you with our experience in our following publications.
