Exhibitions? – Ready to go: packing business cards, catalogs, and we’re already on our way … Thus, the Energosteel team recently visited the leading European exhibition EXPO KATOWICE 2024, which took place on September 4-6 in the heart of industrial Poland – the city of Katowice. Although we have not been new to the exhibition life for a long time, we were at this fair for the first time.
EXPO KATOWICE 2024 (formerly known as the International Fair for Mining, Energy and Metallurgy “KATOWICE”) which has been organized for 40 years, is a platform for presentations of the latest technologies, numerous business meetings, congresses, conferences and symposiums. Every year, the exhibition is visited by several thousand people – exhibitors and visitors – from different parts of the world, including from such countries as China, the USA, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Germany, the Czech Republic, etc. Exhibitors, participating in the Fair, have a unique opportunity to present their offerings and showcase machinery, equipment and technological solutions, supporting energy transformation, operating in the environment of mining, energy, metallurgy and other heavy industries.
For us, EXPO KATOWICE has become the platform where old relationships get a new impetus, and new contacts can grow into big projects. After dozens of negotiations, we realized that we were returning home with a large baggage of not only innovative ideas, but also new opportunities for cooperation in the supply and production of steel grinding balls.
