Recently, our team attended a meeting titled “PR and Marketing Trends in 2024: Focusing on Reputation”, organized by the European Business Association.
The reputation of any company is a complex puzzle that includes many components. In light of this, we once again confirmed that our company meets the main ones:
- high product quality,
- industry leadership,
- customer service quality,
- competence of employees.
The meeting not only provided us with new knowledge and impressions, but also confirmed that we are on the right path to strengthening and increasing the reputation of our company. We came to the conclusion that it is extremely important to continue focusing on the quality of steel grinding balls, customer orientation, and also to remember and correspond to the secondary components of reputation.
