To ensure safety during the rolling process, the roll reinforcement (guiding boxes with passes, lead-outs, bars, wire tables, rulers, etc.) must be operational, designed to properly feed the roll into the rolls and exit it from the rolls. Roller reinforcement is one of the most important means of safety, as it prevents the possibility of various deviations during rolling — hit rolls on the roll collars, coiling, curvature and improper movement of the roll when leaving the rolls.
