Centrifugal mills – these mills use for crushing and grinding brittle ore materials and non-metallic materials. The material strength and abrasiveness can be very high and it’s not a restriction on the application. The presence of pronounced visco-elastic material properties makes the grinding ineffective. Centrifugally-impact mill operates by a centrifugal-impact crusher principle.The material fed through the feeder (nozzle) into the rotating mill accelerator, where the material is unwound by the engine. The material is ejected from the accelerator into a grinding chamber under the centrifugal force action.The material disintegrated pieces collide with baffle plates and pieces of material reflected from the baffle plates earlier in the grinding chamber. The impact of pieces between themselves and the baffle plates occurs with great speed. This speed is much greater than the critical rate of material destruction and it leads to the pieces destruction.
