Disk mills
Disk mills – a mills contain a housing, where coaxially placed a leading disk and a passive disk. The leading disk fixed to the drive shaft. The passive disk mounted with free rotation possibility. One of the disks provided with an opening for the crushed product loading. The working surface of each disks provided with an outer, middle and inner belts grooves with a different grooves number, different grooves length and width, different grooves orientation angle with respect to the disk radius. The surfaces of the middle and inner belts located at different angles to the disk plane. The outer belt surface is parallel to the disk plane and the grooves number in the middle belt is equal to the grooves number of the outer belt. The grooves number in the inner belt is six times less than grooves number in the middle belt or outer belt. The middle belt grooves and the the outer belt grooves conjugate to each other at their connection point. Disk mils used in the food industry.
