The mills startup

The mills startup – work beginning of a mill after conducting planned preventive maintenance or emergency stop. Startup should be carried out in two stages:

The first stage – mill operation (rotation) at reduced speed. At this moment, the grinding media perform additional loading and the raw material starts being supplied.

The second stage – the mill speed increase to the required number of revolutions per minute depending on the mode operation (the cascade, a waterfall, mixed).
