El m\u00e9todo para determinar la templabilidad, concretamente el m\u00e9todo de temple por el extremo con un intervalo de medici\u00f3n de dureza de 1,5\u00a0mm a 3\u00a0mm (GOST 5657-69), constituye la base de todos los m\u00e9todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">La templabilidad es la capacidad del acero de templarse a una determinada profundidad desde la superficie hasta el centro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">En este art\u00edculo consideraremos los 4 m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s comunes para la medici\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica de las bolas de molienda:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>1. El m\u00e9todo de determinaci\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica propuesto en DSTU 3499-97 \/ DSTU 8538:2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Este m\u00e9todo consiste en medir la dureza en todas las partes del radio de las bolas de molienda, promediar los valores y determinar la dureza mediante la f\u00f3rmula:<\/p>\n<p><strong>VH= 0,289 T<sub>surf<\/sub> + 0,436 T<sub>0,25<\/sub> + 0,203 T<sub>0,5<\/sub> + 0,063 T<sub>0,75<\/sub> + 0,009 T<sub>c<\/sub><\/strong><br \/>\nWhere:<br \/>\nVH \u2013 dureza volum\u00e9trica de las bolas de molienda;<br \/>\nT<sub>surf<\/sub> \u2013 dureza superficial de las bolas de molienda;<br \/>\nT<sub>0,25<\/sub> \u2013 dureza a una profundidad de 0,25 del radio;<br \/>\nT<sub>0,5<\/sub> \u2013 dureza a una profundidad de 0,5 del radio;<br \/>\nT<sub>0,75<\/sub> \u2013 dureza a una profundidad de 0,75 del radio;<br \/>\nT<sub>c<\/sub> \u2013 dureza en el centro de la bola de molienda;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Esquema de medici\u00f3n de la dureza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180919_1_.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>2. El segundo m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica utilizado en Bulgaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">La medici\u00f3n y el c\u00e1lculo se realizan por zonas (4 zonas corresponden a las partes del radio como en DSTU 3499-97 \/ DSTU 8538:2015, pero las mediciones se realizan en el centro de las zonas).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">La determinaci\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica se calcula mediante la f\u00f3rmula:<\/p>\n<p><strong>VH = (48,8 * T Zona 1 + 29,6 * T Zona 2 + 15,2 * T Zona 3 + 5,6 * T Zona 4 + 0,8 * Centro) \/ 100<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Esquema de medici\u00f3n de la dureza<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/20180919_2_.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Este m\u00e9todo presenta una peque\u00f1a desventaja, ya que no tiene en cuenta la dureza superficial de las bolas de molienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>3. El tercer m\u00e9todo utilizado en Turqu\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Este m\u00e9todo consiste en medir la dureza desde la superficie hasta el centro con un paso de <strong>R\/12<\/strong> (por ejemplo: el radio <strong>R<\/strong> es de 30\u00a0mm para una bola de molienda de 60\u00a0mm, entonces <strong>R<\/strong> se divide en 12 partes y se obtiene un paso de 2,5\u00a0mm).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">La determinaci\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica se calcula mediante la f\u00f3rmula:<\/p>\n<p><strong>VH = 22,97%*<\/strong><strong>T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona1<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 19,16%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona2<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 15,68%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona3<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 12,56%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona4<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 9,78%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona5<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 7,35%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona6<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 5,27%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona7<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 3,53%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona8<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 2,14%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona9<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 1,1%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona10<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 0,41%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona11<\/sub><\/strong><strong> + 0,06%<\/strong><strong> T<\/strong><strong><sub>zona12<\/sub><\/strong><br \/>\nWhere: <strong>T1\u2013T12 zonas<\/strong> \u2013 valores de dureza en cada zona de la bola de molienda desde la superficie hasta el centro, medidos en un solo radio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Esquema de medici\u00f3n de la presencia de dureza localizada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>El cuarto m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica utilizado en la Rep\u00fablica Checa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Este m\u00e9todo es similar al anterior: la medici\u00f3n y el c\u00e1lculo se realizan por zonas (10 zonas con una disposici\u00f3n desde la superficie A hasta el centro J, con el radio igual a 1).<\/p>\n<table superficie hasta el centro de la bola de molienda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Las bolas de molienda de acero con templabilidad a trav\u00e9s de toda la secci\u00f3n (es decir, con alta dureza volum\u00e9trica) tienen la misma estructura y, como resultado, las mismas propiedades (l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico, reducci\u00f3n relativa y tenacidad) en toda la secci\u00f3n, lo que garantiza altas propiedades operativas: resistencia al desgaste durante el funcionamiento del molino y reducci\u00f3n del consumo de bolas de molienda por tonelada de materia
