En este art\u00edculo analizaremos la medici\u00f3n de la dureza volum\u00e9trica de las bolas de molienda de acero. La dureza volum\u00e9trica de las bolas de molienda permite confirmar su conformidad con el quinto grupo de dureza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">La dureza volum\u00e9trica se determina en dos direcciones mutuamente perpendiculares sobre plantillas cortadas de la parte central de la bola de molienda. Sus superficies se preparan de acuerdo con los requisitos de GOST 9012 y GOST 9013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Es necesario retirar metal hasta una distancia R desde <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/grinding-balls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un lado de la bola de molienda<\/a> y hasta una distancia de 1\/2R desde el otro lado, para que la muestra se mantenga estable sobre la mesa del dur\u00f3metro. Los puntos de medici\u00f3n deben marcarse con un l\u00e1piz. Para ello se trazan dos l\u00edneas rectas mutuamente perpendiculares; luego cada radio se divide por la mitad y las partes restantes del radio tambi\u00e9n se dividen por la mitad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Como resultado, se obtienen 6 puntos de medici\u00f3n en cada l\u00ednea recta. Estos corresponden a 0,25R; 0,5R; 0,75R y un punto com\u00fan R (el centro de la bola de molienda). Se obtienen 4 valores en cada parte del radio, excepto en el centro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Los valores m\u00ednimo y m\u00e1ximo de la dureza obtenida no se tienen en cuenta.
