Seg\u00fan su finalidad, los procesos de procesamiento de minerales se dividen en <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/preparatory-processes-for-minerals-processing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">preparatorios<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/main-processes-of-mineral-processing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">principales<\/a> (de concentraci\u00f3n) y <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/auxiliary-final-processes-of-mineral-processing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">auxiliares<\/a> (finales).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Los procesos preparatorios est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para la liberaci\u00f3n de los minerales como resultado de la destrucci\u00f3n de las uniones entre los minerales y la roca est\u00e9ril o de las uniones de algunos minerales con otros, formando una mezcla mec\u00e1nica de part\u00edculas y fragmentos de diferente composici\u00f3n mineral, as\u00ed como para llevar los minerales al tama\u00f1o requerido para el enriquecimiento posterior. Los procesos preparatorios incluyen la <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/minerals-crushing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trituraci\u00f3n<\/a> y la <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/milling-minerals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">molienda<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">En las plantas de concentraci\u00f3n y en las plantas metal\u00fargicas, la trituraci\u00f3n y la molienda de los minerales se realizan con un alto grado de reducci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas antes del enriquecimiento. Por ejemplo, en algunos casos los minerales deben molerse hasta un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula inferior a 0,1 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Lograr un grado tan alto de <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/degree-of-crushing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fragmentaci\u00f3n<\/a> en una m\u00e1quina de trituraci\u00f3n es casi imposible. Debido a su dise\u00f1o, las m\u00e1quinas de trituraci\u00f3n y molienda (trituradoras y molinos) funcionan eficazmente solo dentro de un <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/library\/degree-of-milling\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grado de molienda<\/a> limitado. Como resultado del proceso de molienda se obtiene un producto cuyo tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula es inferior a 5 mm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Entre los elementos de trituraci\u00f3n de las trituradoras existe un espacio que se llena con el material bajo carga y permanece libre en vac\u00edo. Gracias a este \u201cespacio de calibraci\u00f3n\u201d, las trituradoras producen un producto en trozos con predominio de fracciones gruesas. En los molinos, los elementos de molienda est\u00e1n separados por una capa de material solo bajo carga y, en vac\u00edo, entran en contacto.
