El caso se refer\u00eda a bolas de molienda de acero con un di\u00e1metro de 120 mm.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4370\" data-end=\"4732\">Se seleccionaron 10 bolas de molienda para el control de calidad. Todas las muestras fueron preparadas para la medici\u00f3n de la dureza. El ensayo de dureza superficial mostr\u00f3 un valor medio de 49,37 HRC, mientras que el rango de valores oscil\u00f3 entre 31 HRC y 60 HRC. Los resultados obtenidos difer\u00edan significativamente de los indicados en el certificado del lote.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4734\" data-end=\"5010\">Para aclarar la situaci\u00f3n, solicitamos dichas muestras. En todas ellas se observ\u00f3 la presencia de metal \u201csobrecalentado\u201d y una alta rugosidad de la superficie de medici\u00f3n. Estos factores indicaban que la preparaci\u00f3n de la superficie no cumpl\u00eda con los requisitos establecidos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5012\" data-end=\"5185\">Todas las muestras recibidas fueron preparadas nuevamente en el laboratorio de Energosteel. Los resultados mostraron una dureza media de 58,2 HRC, con un rango de 56\u201360 HRC.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5187\" data-end=\"5404\">Por lo tanto, una preparaci\u00f3n incorrecta de la superficie para medir la dureza del metal puede distorsionar significativamente los resultados. En este caso concreto, el error de medici\u00f3n fue de aproximadamente el 20%.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5406\" data-end=\"5728\">Energosteel cuenta con su propio laboratorio metal\u00fargico certificado, especializado exclusivamente en medios de molienda.
