Thus, in DSTU 8538:2015, compared to the previous version, DSTU 3499-97, the 5 hardness grade of grinding balls was significantly underestimated. However, <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSTU-8538-2015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>change#3<\/strong><\/a> \u00abreturns\u00bb the improved quality characteristics of grinding balls to standard.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/DSTU-8538-2015.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>change#3<\/strong><\/a> was adopted by Order 87 of 11.03.2021 and entered into force on 01.07.2021. What gives us this change#3 to DSTU 8538:2015?
