It is difficult to imagine a successful enterprise in the market that would neglect the safety issues of employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">The modern metallurgical enterprise is equipped with a set of special technical means to ensure safe and healthy working conditions. The purpose of all technical means labor protection is to prevent exposure to dangerous and harmful production factors on humans. Employees\u2019 safety depends on the equipment level of the production site and workplace with technical means of labor protection.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">The occurrence and manifestation of harmful and dangerous production factors depend on the specifics of technology the equipment used and labor processes. The production process of a metallurgical enterprise is characterized by the continuity or frequency of technological and labor operations and the operation of machinery and equipment. In such conditions, harmful and dangerous production factors arise constantly or periodically.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dangerous substances of ball-rolling production are oxygen and propane-butane, used during cutting the initial blanks, as well as for repair purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Forbidden to stand between the induction furnace and sorting table during the line operation, because it can lead to injuries.<\/li>\n<li>Getting traumatic burns during billet heating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">The following dangerous moments are possible during the rolling mills operation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the capture parts of clothing and limbs by rolls or rotating spindles and couplings ;<\/li>\n<li>the mechanical damage by flying fragments of rolled metal and scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">All connecting spindles, couplings and main shafts of rolling mills are protected from the sides with lattice or continuous shields or casings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Forbidden to provide repair work, work on setting up the stand during the line operation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">If the rolling process deviates from the specified parameters, for example, incorrect calibration or the rolls bore, different speed of the rolls then occurs non-uniformity of deformation with various manifestations: the roll bending in horizontal and vertical planes, the metal destruction, etc. The curvature of the roll ends may result in shock, equipment damage, and personal injury.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">To ensure safety during the rolling process, the roll reinforcement (guiding boxes with passes, lead-outs, bars, wire tables, rulers, etc.) must be operational, designed to properly feed the roll into the rolls and exit it from the rolls.
