All enterprises of this industry use single-chamber tube <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/mills\/\">ball mills<\/a>, as the grindable equipment. As a rule, these mills have 10 meters in length and 2.5 meters in diameter. The mill inner drum is protected by rubber armor plates with small lifters (&#8220;waves&#8221;). In addition to Ukrainian aerated concrete producers, Energosteel Company <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/industrial-tests-of-grinding-balls\/\">supplies grinding balls<\/a> to more than thirty companies of this industry located in the CIS and near abroad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">40 mm steel grinding balls use as <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/grinding-media\/\">grinding media<\/a> for aerated concrete production and 30 mm grinding balls sometimes use in addition. That\u2019s why the grinding balls with surface hardness at least 64HRC and 45HRC at 0.5R depth (the fourth hardness group according to <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/standards\/dstu-3499-97\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DSTU 3499-97 <\/a>\/ <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/standards\/dstu-85382015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DSTU 8538: 2015<\/a>) use to achieve grinding quality and reduce grinding media specific consumption. Recall, the grinding media cost is fully included in the cost of finished products. Let&#8217;s note, only one Ukrainian aerated concrete producer still uses iron cylpebs as grinding media.
