{"id":3464,"date":"2018-07-05T08:05:14","date_gmt":"2018-07-05T05:05:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/?p=3464"},"modified":"2018-07-09T16:03:43","modified_gmt":"2018-07-09T13:03:43","slug":"new-batch-of-110mm-steel-grinding-balls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/uk\/new-batch-of-110mm-steel-grinding-balls\/","title":{"rendered":"New batch of 110mm steel grinding balls"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">The Energosteel Company mastered the <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/products\/grinding-balls-buy\/\">new diameter of grinding balls<\/a> in June 2018.\u00a0 An experimental batch the <em><strong>110 mm grinding balls<\/strong> <\/em>has produced for the first time and it has launched into production from the first billet with a minimum stand settings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">This batch has showed a high hardness values, the 56-62 HRC <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/the-steel-grinding-balls-surface-hardness-measurement\/\">surface hardness<\/a> of , and the 45,3-48,7HRC volumetric hardness and corresponds to the 4 hardness group (according to <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/standards\/dstu-3499-97\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DSTU 3499-97<\/a>) and the 5th hardness group (according to the new state standard for steel grinding balls <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/standards\/dstu-85382015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DSTU 8538 : 2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-indent: 20px;\" align=\"justify\">Grinding balls have been successfully tested for the <a href=\"https:\/\/energosteel.com\/en\/library\/impact-resistance-of-grinding-balls\/\">impact resistance<\/a>. 110 grinding balls have been selected from a batch for the experiment.
