Gas permeability

Gas permeability – is the property of a material to pass gas through itself during the difference in gas pressure from different sides of the partition. Depending on the partition’s nature, as well as on the pressure difference magnitude, there are three main types of gas permeability: diffusion, molecular effusion, laminar flow.
