Energosteel team on a business trip to the Caucasus
The Energosteel team carried out a working visit to Azerbaijan together with long-standing partners from Proses Engineering. During the visit, several mineral processing facilities were inspected and a comprehensive technical audit of grinding processes was conducted. The purpose of the visit was to analyze operating conditions and provide practical recommendations to improve mill performance.
Energosteel specialists inspected the mills internally, reviewed actual operating modes, load distribution, and grinding media behavior. Special attention was paid to process stability, equipment wear, and energy efficiency.
Based on the technical assessment, recommendations were provided on optimizing grinding regimes, selecting appropriate grinding media configurations, and reducing operating costs. Facilities resuming operations after a prolonged shutdown were also reviewed, with solutions proposed to ensure a safe and stable start-up.
